Nearest main towns Valence d'Agen & Moissac
The principal cities are Toulouse and Bordeaux. Between these two are major towns including:
Valence d'Agen: A pretty town with a lovely fountained square. Originally a 1283 bastide it has a good range of shops & restaurants and a 9 hole golf club.
Moissac: On the banks of the Tarn river this bustling town with lively weekend markets, is famous for its Romanesque Abbey and Cloisters.
Lauzerte: Nicknamed the Toledo of Quercy, its interesting square, which looks as if it's been turned up like a page of a book, sits in the centre of this lovely bastide village that has a choice of restaurants and shops.

Essential information

Accommodation: The covered front terrace opens into the country style kitchen and dining room that has a wood burning stove, a fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker. The spacious lounge is light and airy, and has stairs down to the lower floor.

The double and twin bedrooms on the lower floor open onto the rear terrace.  The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower and the washing machine is situated in an alcove. Separate shower room with wc. The third room is near the pool, within the fenced area, and about 60 metres away from the house. The room is spacious and has its own shower room and WC. Because of the room having direct access to the pool, the room is not suitable for small children. The secluded pool is terraced and has a covered eating area at the rear.
