Les Perdugous is a converted 400 year old barn that is situated on the edge of the historic village of Frayssinet-le-Gelat. It offers an upstairs apartment with a  covered terrace that overlooks the pool and pretty gardens. The village, that is within walking distance, has a boulangerie, 2 bars, a mini supermarket, internet cafe and trail buggy hire. The plan d'eau offers a cafe and lake where guests can fish, swim or use the pedaloes. Nearest main town: Cahors – 30 minutes
 

Accommodation:  The apartment has a central sitting and dining room with fireplace with wood burning stove and TV. The kitchen, at the rear of the sitting room has a Fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. There is freezer space in the utility room where the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are situated. 

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a double bed settee  in the lounge.  Shower room with raindrop shower. Separate WC. 

Parking is on the drive to the left of the property.  The gardens have tall trees providing shade and there is a delightful "Mediterranean garden" tucked away at the side of the house, where guests can relax and enjoy some privacy.
