Laboissieres is situated in the heart of the ‘Quercy Blanc’ region with its gentle undulating hills and stunning views. The house dates from the 18c and has two wings with a terrace on each side. This imposing residence has spacious rooms that are comfortably furnished. It is situated in two hectares of parkland with many trees that are over a hundred years old and has magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The medieval bastide village of Lauzerte is just 5kms. Nearest main town: Moissac – 20 minutes
Accommodation: The main entrance opens into the central hallway. The kitchen and dining room are to the left of the hallway. The huge kitchen retains its traditional old stone sink for ornamental purposes. It has a central dining table and chairs and is generally well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and electric cooker. The kitchen opens into the formal dining room which leads into the sitting room that has a stone fireplace and tall windows that overlook the front courtyard. The principal bedroom has a king size bed and opens into the rear hallway that has doors to front terrace and is also used as a laundry room. Cloakroom with wc.
