Nearest main towns Moissac and Valence d'Agen
The principal cities are Toulouse and Bordeaux. Between these two are major towns including:
Moissac: On the banks of the Tarn river this bustling town with lively weekend markets, is famous for its Romanesque Abbey and cloisters.
Valence d'Agen: A pretty town with a lovely fountained square. Originally a 1283 bastide it has a good range of shops & restaurants and a 9 hole golf club.
Lauzerte: Nicknamed the Toledo of Quercy, its interesting square, which looks as if it's been turned up like a page of a book, sits in the centre of this lovely bastide village that has a choice of restaurants and shops.
Montaigu-de-Quercy: Was the site of a 12c castle built by Raymond V of Toulouse. Now this atmospheric lively village has a range of local shops a typical French market each Saturday and a large leisure lake.
Beauville: Complete with arcades, gothic church and superb views, there are local shops leisure lake and a good value restaurant.

Accommodation: The delightful front covered terraced/conservatory has a wood burning stove, and dining and seating area that overlooks the magnificent gardens, pool and countryside. The sliding doors give access to the grounds and the built-in BBQ. Wine and beer chiller – ideal for summer days. The terrace enters into a large, light, well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. CD/cassette player with speakers to kitchen and terrace. French TV. A patio door leads onto the spacious covered rear terrace that extends further to a decked terrace that has a pretty water feature. This terrace has spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets.

The stone archway from the kitchens leads into the stylishly furnished sitting room that has French windows onto the rear terrace, and a stone fire place with wood-burning stove. Guests can enjoy the many paintings and objects d’art situated in the house and grounds. 

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and large French windows. Stairs lead down to the main bathroom with bath, basin, wc and walk-in shower. The second double bedroom has a built-in cabin bed and French windows onto the conservatory. Third double bedroom. Shower-room with basin, wc and shower and door to conservatory. On the lower floor is the laundry area and a large well-equipped gym.
