" An airy roomy, traditional late 18C.square Quercy farmhouse, twice extended in last century. Until fifity years ago, main lounge was the commune's infants school. Very quiet, private but not isolated, comfortable and restful for adults, safe for children with ample space in the garden and pool areas "

 


Les Figanieres: is a late 18thC tastefully renovated house that provides quality accommodation and stands in tranquil secluded grounds laid to lawn with mature flower beds, trees and shrubs, and has delightful views across farmland. The fenced, terraced pool, with Roman steps, is set in a attractive walled and paved courtyard and is ideal for sunbathing. The barn adjacent to the pool has been roofed to provide a shaded area suitable for outdoor eating and has a small fridge. Montaigu de Quercy is 4km. Nearest main towns: Moissac & Valence d'Agen - 25 minutes.
  

Accommodation: First Floor: The stone steps open into the hallway. Fitted oak kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Double bedroom with king size bed. Twin bedroom. The bathroom opens into the main bedroom and hall and has a bath with shower attachment, wc, bidet and basin. Well proportioned and elegantly furnished sitting and dining room with tv/DVD/video and central fireplace with wood burning stove. Second lounge with stone fireplace.

Ground floor apartment: The ground floor has completely separate living accommodation for two people. The sitting room leads through to the dining area and galley kitchen that has a microwave and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom. Bathroom ensuite: bath with shower attachment, basin and wc. When the first floor is let for lower occupancy the ground floor apartment is not let separately.

There is a separate cloakroom with shower, wc, basin and washing machine that is situated in the covered porchway next to the cellar.
