La Colamine is an attractive Quercy stone house that has been tastefully renovated offering modern accommodation and facilities. The double glazing and traditional shutters keep it cool in the summer months and there is a wood burning stove for off peak lettings. Occupying an acre of grounds, it is situated in the middle of undulating countryside. The front terrace looks across to the pool, and there are unspoilt far reaching views, for those keen to observe the local wildlife. Montaigu de Quercy (6kms) has a range of local shops, a Saturday morning market, and a leisure lake with restaurants in summer. The bastide village of Lauzerte (8kms) has local shops and restaurants and there are many concerts and outdoor activities in the summer months. Nearest main town: Moissac - 25 minutes drive.

Accommodation: The large front terrace has attractive coach lights and is perfect for al fresco meals on warm summer nights.  The two sets of French doors open into the main living room.  This pretty room is has two comfortable settees, a wood burning stove and tv with video and cd player.  The rear of the room provides a dining table and chairs and the fitted kitchen area has fridge, microwave/oven, and an electric hob. The utility and laundry room has a tumble dryer and freezer and wc.  The winding stone staircase leads to the upper floor.

First floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor a double and a twin.  The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, and a double bowl sink unit. Separate wc. Steep stairs lead up to the twin bedded mezzanine room which has a low ceiling and is only suitable for children. wc.  The pool is terraced and fenced and alarmed and has a summer cover.  The games barn is ideal for children and is equipped with table tennis, bar football and darts.
