Le Bulidou is privately situated just outside the little hamlet of Sainte Cecile, in over 2 acres of grounds with lovely views across undulating countryside. The grounds, with mature fruit trees, reach down to the woods where guests can walk to the neighboring villages and a lake. The house has been extensively restored in attractive "Quercy" stone to a high standard and has full central heating and offers excellent accommodation for two families. The 10x5m pool is ideally situated to be in view of the house. Montaigu de Quercy is 5kms. Nearest main towns: Agen & Moissac - 25 minutes
  

Accommodation: The front terrace opens into the well-designed kitchen and dining room, that has quality elm units and includes a double bowl deep sink in granite surround, fridge, microwave, six burner gas hob in granite surround, electric oven, dining table and chairs and wood burning stove. From the kitchen there is a central hallway.

The spacious downstairs bedroom/playroom has a double bed-settee and a range of children's toys. The freezer is also stored in this room. The light attractive lounge has tv, video, DVD, and stereo. Shower-room with wc and basin. The upper floor has two spacious double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a triple bedroom. All bedrooms have plenty of hanging and storage. The luxury bathroom has a bath, separate shower, twin basins and wc. 

The terraced pool has a small pathway to a shaded bar area with its own seating and fridge. This area creates a delightful paved eating area that has pleasant views across the countryside.
