The long front terrace is in full sun for most of the day and provides an ideal relaxing and eating area. Surrounded by fields, Brassagou offers its guests the chance to enjoy a well renovated property in a peaceful rural setting. Moissac and Valence d'Agen have local market on Tuesday and Saturday/Sunday mornings. Nearest main town: Agen - 20 minutes.
Accommodation: The long front terrace has three sets of doors that open into the kitchen, central hallway and sitting room. The stylish renovation has retained the stone walls and oak beams whilst giving the house a light and spacious feel throughout. The sitting room has a large lower seating area with a raised section to the rear providing a study area.
The fully fitted well equipped oak kitchen/dining room has an attractive brick chimney unit with built-in hob and oven, fridge, microwave and full range of appliances. At the rear of the kitchen steps lead down into the barn that has a utility area with washing machine/tumbler, deep freeze and extra drinks fridge.
To the
right of the sitting room is the master double bedroom with an en-suite
shower room. To the left a long corridor leads to two bedrooms – one
double and one twin - and the principal bathroom with bath, bidet and
basin. Separate wc.
The terraced pool is to the right of the house and can be seen from the side terrace. It is bordered by gardens with mature trees offering shade and has rural views.
